About 300 meters from the white sandy beach, it overlooks the beautifully kept tropical communal gardens and swimming pools, and the blue mediterranean sea, as far as Africa on a clear day.
The South facing large terraces has lovely comfortable lounge furniture to lay back, relax and stare over the sea. Also there is a dining table outside, so all is set up to spend the maximal amount of time outside, enjoy our sunny climate to the fullest.
This duplex penthouse has the most amazing sea views.
There is a lift that will take you from garage level to the apartment, but in the apartment there are stairs to take you to the upper floor.
This Penthouse has three bedrooms, and sleeps six people. The salon and kitchen are located at lift- level. All bedrooms is up the stairs and has 2 bathroom ensuite and its own private south (sea view) or north facing (mountains view) terraces.
There are two communal pools, one of them a swimming pool for the little ones. Walking onto the beach there is a nice "chiringuito" restaurant with great food, so no need to get in the car for a lovely meal.
If you do decide to go out for shopping , a nice meal or sight seeing, Bahia de Marbella is very centrally located, right in the heart of the Costa del Sol. It is a five minute drive to the old town and center of Marbella, ten minutes to Puerto Banus, 45 minutes to the center of Malaga.
In El Rosario, not far from the apartment, you will find Mama’s bakery Lunch & Chill, a very nice bakery and lunchroom where you can buy all sorts of fresh baked bread and pastry. Or you can choose to enjoy a lovely breakfast, a healthy tasty roll or hot lunch right there. They also serve an amazing high tea, and have lovely snacks to go with your afternoon drinks or aperitif.
Santa Clara Golf, Rio Real Golf, Marbella Golf etc. situated in just few minutes by car.
