How do I cancel a reservation request?
Rentals in Marbella cancellation policy is applied to all reservations. Guests are required to give 30 days notice of cancellation in order to receive a full refund. If the guest cancels within 30 days of the check-in date, then the first month of the reservation is paid to the host. If the rental is longer than 30 days the outstanding days will be refunded.
When am I charged for a reservation?
You wont be charged until the host accepts your reservation. Once accepted, you must pay the reservation fee of 20%. (10% booking fees and 10% to hold the reservation) This amount will be deducted from your final payment.

What happens if my host cancels my reservation?
You will get a full refund.
On very rare occasions, the owners might not have any other option than to cancel because of special circumstances. Rentals in Marbella has also implemented a cancellation policy that includes a penalty to the host to avoid cancelations without special reasons.
